On behalf of everyone at The Lash Room and Brow Bar, we feel it’s important to keep you informed on what we’re doing in our shop to ensure our guests and team members stay healthy and safe amidst the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We always strive to have a clean, well-run store, but we have taken additional precautions in light of recent events:


  • Increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning everything our guests come in contact with during their visit to include, but not limited to: door handles, check-out counter, ipad, massage tables, reception furniture, bathroom light switch, toilet & handle, faucet, etc

  • EVERYONE must wear a face mask or face covering while in the shop except when receiving a facial (we have them for $2 if you forget to bring one)

  • We have disinfectant wipes in the reception area and bathroom, pump hand sanitizer in every room, and we ALWAYS use a Hospital Grade Disinfectant Spray that kills coronavirus, TB, HBV, HCV, hydrophilic and lipophilic viruses, bacteria (including MRSA and VRE) and fungi in a few minutes, for ALL of our tools, equipment and furniture

  • You may notice the massage table is visibly damp when lying down for your lash or brow service, but it is not wet enough to feel it though your clothes! We are not wiping any surface dry, as we want the disinfectant working for several minutes

As it relates to everyone that walks through our doors, the best we can do is ask that all follow the principles set forth by the Centers for Disease Control:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

If you are not feeling well, have a fever, sore throat, or are coughing, we ask that you cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date when you can enjoy your service symptom free.  If you have been traveling to any of the "hot spots", we ask that you quarantine for 14 days before coming to your appointment


For everyone that is staying healthy, we want you to have the confidence that you can still come into the shop without being worried because we are diligently working to provide you with a safe and clean environment for you and us to be beautified in.
